The Confrontational Buyer - If a property is considered "As Is" don't be expecting things to be different and expect the other side to do things they aren't going to do.
Jekyll & Hyde Buyer - Nice on the phone and to your face--ugly in email and texts. Open communication is the best way to go.
Last Minute Dealer - Don't wait until the final walk through to deal with issues. Address them early on.
Bait & Switch Buyer - Don't make deals and then try to get out of it at closing. Do what you say you will do. Another form of bullying.
The Shirtless Buyer - Don't act crazy. You will be talked about for years to come!
