You're On Your Own - This can be how some brokerages work. Some just leave you on your own to figure it out. A good brokerage will give you good training and support to help you be as successful as you can be.
Fees Must Be Paid Up Front - Some offices may help with some training costs, but, most offices have you pay for your licensing/training, some software costs and other fees. Always find out up front what your costs will be up front with whatever brokerage you work with.
You Might Not Make Much Money - This can be true, depending on how much effort you put into your business. Commissions can be low and costs can be high and it might take a while to get going.
You're Not Selling Houses, You are Building a Business - It's not about being a good sales person, it's about being a good relationship builder. If you can build those good relationships and let people know you are good at what you do, your business will grow by referrals and you will become successful.
